Our narrative reports are produced with the latest professional home inspection software and we provide digital photographs and a complimentary CD of your inspection report for your convenience. We recommend that you attend the inspection, although it is understandable if you are unable to attend, but by attending the inspection we can address any questions or concerns you may have at this time about your prospective home as well as get a hands on understanding about any issues that are identified. Qualifications:
As of January, 2003 Home Inspectors are required to be certified by the State of Arizona under the Arizona Board of Technical Registration.
Owner/Inspector Richard Franco is an Arizona Certified Home Inspector # 38652. He held an Arizona Real Estate License for ten years. His experience in remodels and repairs of homes in the Southwest along with his thorough and meticulous nature makes him an inspector that will go the extra mile when it comes to giving you the service you expect and deserve. With his combined experience of over eighteen years he understands how the systems of a home work and when there is a need to have a professional called for systems that are unsafe or not in good working order. He attended and graduated from both The Home Inspectors Training Institute in 1997 in Phoenix, Arizona and from Inspection Training Associates in Oceanside, California in 2003.
